Christian Walsh is a YouTuber and broker-associate with almost two decades of experience selling real estate throughout Southern California. His team, WIRE Associates, is positioned under Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in Beverly Hills, CA and Newport Beach, CA.

In addition to working with investors in 1031 Exchanges, tenant occupied properties and traditional residential buyers and sellers, he leverages his background in construction to help sellers remodel for top money, including his own property. On his popular YouTube channel, he shares deep insight and invaluable advice to help buyers & sellers make the best decisions in today’s housing market and helps landlords & renters understand their rights before things go wrong. 

With a long-time passion for the intricacies of real estate, his success in today’s market comes from deep knowledge and experience, allowing him to deliver absolute best-in-class service to each seller, buyer and investor he works with. This has translated into hundreds of happy (and repeat) clients, plus top accolades in real estate sales.

Christian graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Philosophy. When not in the real estate trenches, he enjoys family time with his wife and 4 kids, fitness, reading, technology and zombie/sci fi movies.
