Educational Conference & Exhibit Hall returns to the Pasadena Convention Center Tuesday, March 12th

The 7th Annual Income Property Management Expo at Pasadena Convention Center on March 12th features a robust educational program focused on timely and important issues for building owners, investors and property managers, opportunities to meet with industry experts and see what’s new in products and services. Free registration is available online for admission to the conference and exhibit hall.

This year’s Expo offers seminars and presentations throughout the day on topics such as fair housing, tenant screening, evictions, rental subsidies and incentives, increasing profits, reducing costs, alternative investment strategies and trends in multifamily, health care and assisted living facilities.

An exhibit hall with more than 100 vendors will showcase the latest in property maintenance products and services, tenant screening, real estate law and evictions, financial and tax planning, insurance, lending and more. Attendees with also have opportunities to build their professional network, get advice from legal, financial and management experts, share ideas and find new ways to increase the return on their investment.

The Income Property Expo will be held at Pasadena Convention Center on Tuesday, March 12th from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Media partners include Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Institute For Real Estate Management (IREM), California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), and Apartment Management Magazine.
